Yes — that's the whole point. We install tour-grade nylon putting surface with sand-filled true-roll infill, which gives consistent ball speed (typically 10–12 on the Stimpmeter, depending on infill depth). It rolls dramatically more like a real course than any indoor mat or sand-and-rubber-fill turf.
